User Guide

(1)Replace yellow plastic token to the correct coin as wish to accept in

    sampling clamp.

(2)Adjust entry slot opening to your coin size by loosening screw on the

    back of metal panel for blocking bigger invalid coin from inserting.

 (3)Turn the screw on front lid in clockwise direction for ditching

    “thinner coin” through the slot of lid if necessary.

 (4)switch to Normal Open (N.O.) or Normal close (N.C) for signal output

     of coin validation upon Host requested.

 (5)3 triggering TIMER SWITCH of Pulse Duration-

     Long duration of Pulse:100ms

     Common duration of Pulse:50ms

     Short duration of Pulse:20ms

 (6)VR tuning for tolerance of coin acceptance , turn clockwise for slack 

     and anti-clockwise for precise acceptance.

 (7)Shift sensitivity switch of coin acceptance downward to “special”

     to extend the range of discriminated ratio for twin metal coins or the

     coins in big tolerance.

Introduction

The LCD Keypad shield is developed for Arduino compatible boards, to provide a user-friendly interface that allows users to go through the menu, make selections etc. It consists of a 1602 white character blue backlight LCD. The keypad consists of 5 keys — select, up, right, down and left. To save the digital IO pins, the keypad interface uses only one ADC channel. The key value is read through a 5 stage voltage divider.

Note: Version 1.1 main updates are the button values, which have being updated on the example code. For older version
check the comments and edit, or use the Enhanced V1.0 library
